Calendar integration
Booked straight from
the conversation.
Connect Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 and Mae does the diary work mid-chat - checks your real availability, offers times that actually work, books the meeting and sends a proper invite. No booking-page detour.
What connecting your calendar unlocks.
- ✓Works with Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 - one sign-in to connect, no code, disconnect any time
- ✓Mae offers only genuinely free times - read from your real calendar, so double-bookings can’t happen
- ✓Books mid-conversation and confirms right in the thread with an add-to-calendar link - share an email and your calendar sends a proper invite too
- ✓Reschedules and cancellations handled in the same thread - the invite updates automatically
- ✓Your rules, respected: which days, what hours, meeting length, and breathing room between bookings
Mae does the diary work right inside the chat - the customer never leaves the conversation.
Your diary, your rules.
Mae reads what’s actually free and filters it through your rules - working hours, working days, how long a meeting runs and the breathing room between them. Customers only ever see times you’d genuinely take, and the 8pm Sunday “quick call?” never makes it into the diary.
Life moves. The booking moves with it.
“Can we push it to Friday?” is a message, not a phone call to your front desk. Mae reschedules or cancels in the same thread and the calendar invite updates itself - all handled where the conversation already is.
Booking that stays in the conversation.
Mae keeps the whole thing in the thread: suggests the times, takes the pick, sends the invite - so the customer never leaves to pick through a booking page, and the conversation that was heading towards a sale carries on where it left off.
Meet Mae →Calendar questions, answered.
Which calendars does it work with?+
Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 (Outlook). Connecting is one sign-in from Integrations - no code, nothing to install - and you can disconnect any time.
How does Mae know when I’m free?+
Mae reads your calendar’s real free/busy times, then applies your rules - working hours, working days, meeting length, and buffer time between bookings. Only slots that pass every rule get offered, so there’s no way to double-book you or offer a time that’s already gone.
Does the customer get a proper invite?+
Yes. Mae confirms the booking in the thread with an add-to-calendar link, and if an email’s been collected the invite comes straight from your calendar - Google or Microsoft - to their inbox. Reschedules and cancellations update the same invite, and you can make the email a required step before booking.
Does this work on WhatsApp?+
Yes - and that is rather the point. Booking works wherever the conversation is happening: WhatsApp, SMS, live chat or Messenger, with no booking page in the way.
