UK-registered company. Data processing agreement on request. Export and deletion honoured - it’s your data.
Opt-outs, built in
Marketing messages carry a native opt-out. When a customer says stop, the platform stops - automatically.

Not used to train foundation models
Mae uses leading AI models via their business APIs, where data is not used for model training. Your conversations make Mae better for you - your knowledge base, your corrections - not for a model everyone shares.

When Mae looks up an order, takes a payment or hands off, it’s logged in the conversation thread. You can audit any decision she made, on any conversation, at any time.
Guardrails you control
